Individual room let. A daily room cleaning service is provided and a breakfast available at extra cost that consists of home-made products such as: traditional olive oil sponge cake, cream cakes (made daily), raspberry jam, strawberries and blueberries, honey, apple compote, sliced fresh bread, fruit, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, etc. The Llugarón I has been restored to the highest standard maintaining the traditional Asturian rural house archetype with balcony, two floors, and attic distribution. The Llugarón I: (Rural hotel) has five double rooms with en suit bathrooms equipped with hair dryer. Television, telephone, and laundry service. A beautiful living room with open-hearth. In the large enclosed patio, where one can take in the beautiful view of the Miravalles valley, a breakfast of home-made products is available at extra cost. There is also a mini-bar and facilities for making tea and coffee with computer terminal, broadband Internet access, to navigate the net. To dine at the independent restaurant one must make a reservation before 14:00 hours. Sorry, but pets are not admitted.

The house has a small porch and private garden with wooden table, bench seating. Washing machine. If you don't want to cook, we can provide tortillas (potato omelette), salads and cold meat platters, which can be delivered to the house. A supplementary bed is admitted in each one of the rooms. Capacity: 2 to 4 people. Rental involves everything (daily cleaning service would have to be paid for separately) Each of these spacious and cozy apartments include a living-room with a fireplace, and dinning-room/kitchen fully equipped (ceramic-glass electric cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, etc.) as well as furnishing according to its capacity. There are two double bed-rooms and a fully equipped bathroom in the top floor. Interior: Heating, telephone, television, hair dryer. Exterior: Independent entrance, terrace with wooden table, also independent. Garden, woodshed, and laundry room with washing machine and iron. If you do not feel like cooking, we will make you, on request, a potato omelet, homemade croquettes, salad or a variety of cold cuts, and will take them to your door. Pets are not allowed.
